SHIPPING POLICY
We do send all our parcels through Canada Post. We make sure that all items are carefully packed to arrive safely at your door.
The item will be ship within the next 5 opening days following your order.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
If for some reason the item is damaged, let us know right away by sending us an email with a picture. We will give you a full refund.
We accept return on everything but clothing, hats and fabric accessories for sanitary purpose. Return shipping will be at the cost of the buyer. Refund will be paid after the item is received in its original condition.
Please understand that all our merchandise are either handmade by the Witch or being granted a second life. Some flaws and gently used clothing or beautiful signs of aging in objects are what gives those items life! If you are looking for new or industrial finish, our shop is not where you will find your treasures.
